Break ups are a bitch. Ate my feelings the whole day yesterday. I literally drank a liter of chocolate milk. I’m sure I exceeded 2000 calories for the whole day.
Limit for today: 500 calories. Can I do it? Hope so.
- breakfast: tuna and egg (200)
- lunch: asian salad (200)
- dessert: yogurt (60)
- snack: apple (60)
- dinner: salad (200)
total: 920
March 30:
Orange juice, salted egg, rice - 300 cals
March 31:
Milk, soup, chicken (so far) - 400 cals
Everytime I suppress my hunger and prevent myself from eating something unhealthy or when I’m not hungry, I reward myself with a point*. I could use these points to give myself permission to buy things.
Only effective this month. Still testing the method!
* Limited to a maximum of three points a day!
